What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes all fees and taxes as well as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo, and cleaning upon departure. We also provide laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc. We provide weekly cleaning and linen change for guests staying 14 days or more.
How to access the apartment?
Cyril or Fabrice will meet you and show you all the amenities and facilities of the house. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask them.
Check-in and check-out
Cyril or Fabrice will be available to welcome you after 16:00 for check-in and will be back before 11:00 on the day of departure. Guests who plan to arrive before 16:00 must agree on an earlier check-in (if possible) or on luggage storage until the apartment is ready.
When and how to pay the rental?
We require 50% of the rental amount to guarantee your stay. The balance of the rental is due one month before your arrival. In addition, we require a refundable security deposit that must be paid one month before your stay and will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure.
Stays can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
Closest airport to Antibes and Juan les pins?
The closest airport to Antibes is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport which is a 25-minute drive from Antibes.
Is there an express bus to Antibes from Nice airport?
The Lignes d'Azur 250 express bus departs from both terminals (Terminal 1 at Quai 6 and Terminal 2 at Quai 1) and takes approximately 40 minutes to reach the Antibes bus station. The bus station is approximately a 15-minute walk from Antibes Old Town. You can take a taxi or Uber from the bus station to one of our rentals.
The bus leaves the airport twice an hour, from 8:10 to 20:20. The cost of the bus journey is 11 euros for a one-way trip and 16.50 euros for a return trip. For more information, please visit the Nice Airport website .

Are there trains between the airport and Antibes?
SNCF has a train station (St. Augustin) located 15 minutes walk from Nice airport. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Antibes train station and 25 to Juan les pins train station from Saint-Augustin train station. For more information, visit the SNCF website.

Sixt , ADA and Hertz have offices in Antibes, near the Antibes train station. Many of our customers rent a car for day trips. Rental cars are also available at Nice airport.
Do you have baby beds?
We provide a baby bed on request. Do not hesitate to specify this before your stay.
